Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for partnering with various budget holders to support budget setting and variance analysis for the Mexico P&L.
- The candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Senior Manager, FP&A to continuously improve SG&A forecasting processes, including the adoption of tools such as Power BI or Oracle Analytics Cloud.
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting business partners with new initiatives.
- The candidate will be responsible for liaising with procurement and budget holders to ensure cost efficiencies.
- The candidate will be responsible for scenario planning and assessing impact to the P&L, including participation in cross-functional initiatives and ad-hoc projects to provide financial analysis for decision support.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must have 6+ years of progressive experience in finance, financial analysis, and reporting within fast-paced business environments.
- Candidates with retail industry experience will be considered an advantage.
- The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates with CPA or MBA credentials will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM or large financial planning tools, along with Power BI, is considered an asset.
- The candidate will be required to possess a strong financial background and advanced knowledge of Excel.
- The candidate will be required to demonstrate strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- The candidate must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering quality work.
- The candidate must have proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
- The candidate should have strong communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
- Candidates with fluency in Spanish will be considered an asset.
