Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for supporting the GTM Evolution team in collaborating with organizational leaders to deliver lululemon’s transformation agenda.
  • The candidate will be responsible for managing projects, documentation, scoping, planning, solution development, and process mapping activities.
  • The candidate will work in a project-based role where each day includes clarifying strategic questions, designing solutions, managing workstreams, and creating documentation such as deck building.
  • The candidate must transform GTM processes by supporting or leading the execution of cross-functional workstreams.
  • The candidate must conduct problem and opportunity identification, capability modelling, interaction diagramming, process mapping, and options analysis.
  • The candidate must act as an internal advisor to Merchandising, Brand, and Supply Chain leaders to design solutions that achieve GTM objectives while considering cross-functional tradeoffs, dependencies, and impacts.
  • The candidate must define objectives, plan agendas, and prepare materials for workshops, leadership enrolments, and engagement sessions.
  • The candidate must support leaders in defining workstream approaches, stakeholder engagement plans, and implementation and change strategies.
  • The candidate must collaborate with teams across the business to plan and deliver robust solutions, including product management, change management, communications, learning and training, enterprise transformation, and org design.
  • The candidate must build trusted relationships at multiple levels of the organization to provide clarity and secure buy-in for ongoing initiatives.
  • The candidate must maintain a continuous improvement mindset, shifting approach and execution as needed.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in process optimization and transformation, including operating model design, stakeholder workshopping, leadership alignment, and change and implementation planning and delivery.
  • The candidate must have strong facilitation and problem-solving skills to drive alignment and innovative solutions.
  • The candidate must drive the problem-solving process by framing problems, guiding analytical modelling, and providing insights through analysis.
  • The candidate must drive continuous improvement and increase efficiency and effectiveness as business needs shift.
  • The candidate must have a proven track record of building relationships and establishing rapport, credibility, and trust.
  • The candidate must be self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, and a strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • The candidate must be resourceful, able to navigate the organization independently, and comfortable with ambiguity.
