Job Description
- Persons working at this post are accountable for delivering outstanding service to the consumers with the C.H.A.R.M service model working at this post.

- He/She who get selected for this post are required to deliver exceptional experiences and provide world-class service to our valued consumers every day.
- He/She appointed for this post is also accountable for learning & assisting in plenty of departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management working at this post.
- He/She who gets selected for this post to support team members in the daily execution of retail operations like system management, stock replenishment, promotion of loyalty programs, and ensuring cleanliness in the store.
Job requirement
- Applicants who have applied for this post must be more than 16+ years old and must desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment to get preferred for this post.
- He/She applied for this post must attain the ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from the backroom and sales floor daily.
- They must have ensured the ability to place and arrange items on all shelves and racks daily along with the prior ability to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise daily to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must ensure the ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time daily along with the ability to read instructions, reports, and information on register screens and to key information to get preferred for this post.
- Candidates must ensure the ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance daily along with the ability to be on feet for at least 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store daily.
Work setting
- He/She who applied for this post must ensure flexibility in work schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and extended hours, with regular attendance to get preferred for this post.
