Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are required to support the Current Scheduling team with close-in operational changes as required in Netline.
- They’re also appointed at this post to implement and maintain stringent daily processes and procedures to ensure schedule integrity and quality. This includes monitoring reject messages.
- Candidates at this post are required to collaborate closely with Revenue Management on reprotection guidelines.
- They’re also required to ensure that reprotection rules are working as designed.
- They’re appointed at this post to manage Altea libraries for support data such as aircraft configurations.
- Candidates must have ensure that new flights and routes are displaying as required in Altea at the time of corporate announcements.
- They’re also required to work with codeshare partners to ensure class mapping and codeshare tables are accurate and relevant.
- Candidates at this post are also required to assist with projects and testing.
- They’re appointed at this post to communicate and coordinate with stakeholders.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have completed post-secondary education with dedicated 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Candidates must be team player with excellent communication skills and a dedicated knowledge of Altea to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must be revenue management knowledge and a dedicated experience with Netline to be eligible for this post.
- They must have the ability to understand the impact of schedule changes on customers to be eligible for this post.
- They must have the ability to ensure excellent attention to detail and acquire the ability to question system outputs, troubleshoot and offer solutions to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have proven ability to work under time constraints and attain the ability to work independently to be eligible for this post.
