Job Description

  • Senior sales leadership role focused on Oracle platform opportunities
    Engage in every possible manner- shape, sell and close big, complicated deals.
  • Relationship incumbent: Engage with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Employee functions as part of extensive worldwide teams that work together.
  • The employee must travel for work which will happen between 25 percent and 100 percent of the time.
  • Accenture’s global Oracle and cloud transformation practice includes this position.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and sell large Oracle platform deals until their final closing process.
  • Lead sales activities from initial qualification stage until the final contract signing stage.
  • Create Oracle Cloud opportunities which will lead to business expansion.
  • Establish and uphold relationships with high-ranking clients.
  • Create deal strategies which will result in solutions delivering maximum value to clients.
  • Work together with internal teams to achieve business growth through profitable operations.

Requirements

  • Should have more than 8 years of experience in closing Oracle Technical Services sales opportunities.
  • Should have experience with Oracle Cloud transformations which include ERP and HCM and SCM and CX and EPM systems.
  • Should possess extensive knowledge about the Oracle Cloud implementation process together with its value propositions and potential dangers.
  • The candidate needs to have more than 2 years of sales experience which includes carrying a sales quota of at least 10 million dollars.
  • The candidate needs to have a bachelor degree or its equivalent educational background to qualify for this position.
  • Preferred / Bonus.
  • The candidate has developed contacts within Oracle through their work with sales and product and OBG.
  • The candidate possesses extensive knowledge about one Oracle domain which includes Fusion and OCI and Cerner.
  • The candidate has worked with G2000 companies to establish contact with C-suite executives.
  • The candidate demonstrates effective teamwork abilities together with strong capabilities for leading others.
  • The candidate maintains high energy levels while serving clients in environments that require demanding performance standards.
  • The candidate demonstrates excellent abilities in communication together with problem-solving skills and decision-making competence.
