Job description
- The candidate will be required to prepare reports on sales volumes.
- The candidate will also be required to prepare reports on merchandising.
- The candidate will also be required to prepare reports on personnel matters.
- The candidate will also be required to authorize payments by cheque.
- The candidate will also be required to authorize return of merchandise.
- The candidate will also be required to assign sales workers to duties.
- The candidate will also be required to resolve problems that arise.
- The candidate will also be required to resolve problems like customer complaints.
- The candidate will also be required to resolve problems like supply shortages.
- The candidate will also be required to supervise activities of workers.
- The candidate will also be required to co-ordinate activities of workers.
- The candidate will also be required to establish work schedules.
- The candidate will also be required to hire staff.
- The candidate will also be required to train staff.
- The candidate will also be required to arrange for training of staff.

Requirements
- The candidate should have a College degree.
- In absence of a college degree, the candidate should also have a CEGEP.
- The candidate should also have an experience of at least 1 year to less than 2 years.
- The candidate should also have own transportation.
- The candidate should also be willing to travel regularly.
- Public transportation is available for the candidate’s use in case.
- The candidate should also have effective interpersonal skills.
- The candidate should also have excellent oral communication.
- The candidate should also be dependable.
- The candidate should also be able to work under pressure.
