Job Description
- The candidate must liaise between chefs and customers.
- The candidate must inspect dining rooms and other food and beverage serving areas.
- The candidate must address customers’ complaints or concerns.
- The candidate must answer customers’ questions regarding menu items and preparation methods.
- The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
- The candidate must attend to seating arrangements for large groups.
- The candidate must greet customers.
- The candidate must perform opening and closing activities.
- The candidate must receive customers’ reservations and assign tables.
- The candidate must receive payments from customers.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- A candidate with experience is an asset.
- The candidate should be client-focused.
- The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
