Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are required to counsel clients in regard to new and additional medications in a friendly, positive and proactive interaction applied for this post.
- They’re appointed at this post to create awareness and educate customers through public relations like public health days, clinics, etc.
- Candidates who applied for this post are also required to provide timely and positive resolution to patients’s needs and Doctor’s requests/issues working at this post.
- They’re also appointed at this post to review and control costs at all levels within Loblaw Pharmacy.
- People who applied for this post are also appointed to provide ongoing training for all new and existing Pharmacy colleagues working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy and a Class A pharmacist’s license and they must attain superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism to be eligible for this post.
- People must have excellent leadership and performance management skills to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must attain the ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies to be considered as an asset for this post.
- Candidates appointed to this post must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must have strong problem-solving skills including experience formulating and executing action plans to be eligible for this post.
- People applying for this post must have strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of Healthwatch and/or KROLL Pharmacy systems to be considered as an asset for this post.
