Job description
- Candidates have to do heavy lifting 50 lbs and over, bending.
- They will supervise the facility and all its programs outside of regular office hours.
- They are responsible for dealing the programs with emergent issues related to residents, staffing.
- They are also responsible for manage performance and the building.
Job requirement
- Candidates must be eligible for the post of Registered Nurse registration with a Canadian registered nursing regulatory authority.
- Candidates must have applied knowledge of nursing theory, practices & techniques.
- Candidates must have excellent critical thinking, relationship building and conflict management skills.
- Candidates must have the ability to operate across multiple levels of care and within a transdisciplinary environment.
