Job Description 

• Candidates working in this post are required to work with the existing management and health services teams to promote communication and compliance with policies and procedures. 
• They’re also appointed at this post to assist with the development, implementation, and evaluation of resident care plans working at this post. 
• Candidates for this post are appointed to administer and record prescribed medication as per company policy and scope of practice. 
• They’re appointed at this post to apply dressings and treatments according to the physician’s orders and policy working at this post. 
• Candidates for this post are also required to assist with the supervision and evaluation of the job performance of care staff working at this post.

Job requirement 

• Applicants must acquire a dedicated degree in Bachelor of Science in Nursing and must be registered with the Provincial Association of Registered Nurses to be eligible for this post. 
• Candidates must know nursing and healthcare practices, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to be eligible for this post. 
• They must have advanced proficiency in the English language and dedicated proficiency in other languages to be eligible for this post. 
• They must have a passion for the healthcare sector or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care working at this post. 

Work setting 

• Candidates must ensure their availability to work flexible hours and all shifts inclusive of days, evenings, nights and others.
