Job DescriptionÂ
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to conduct recruitment activities to plan and execute within the GTA and surrounding region.
- They’re also responsible for all planning and event day execution and will often work with an event team.
- Applicants for this post are also required to work with the recruitment production and activations team to assist with the execution of email and calling campaigns to prospective students.
- Candidates are also appointed to ensure prospective students’ information is accurate and captured properly within College CRM systems.
Applicants are also responsible for ensuring event strategies and assigned activities come in on budget
Job requirementÂ
- Candidates must have completed a 3-year diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Event execution, Human Resources, Public Relations or any other related field to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service and or sales-related experience to be eligible for this post.
- They must acquire prior experience within an educational institution to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain experience working with Client Relationship Management to be eligible for this post.
Work settingÂ
- Applicants are also responsible for logistical support for small or large-scale events across multiple territories including the Ontario College Fair and College Information Program tour working at this post.
