Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting costing excellence through seasonal cost requests and negotiations while identifying cost-saving opportunities for the business.
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting the curation of a vendor base that offers Design and Development access to innovative and cutting-edge Raw Materials that inspire our guests.
- The candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, analyzing, and summarizing reporting to provide visibility to the business within assigned functional areas of responsibility.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills while connecting with Product teams, providing Sourcing input, and sharing partner insights to support required actions within Raw Material Sourcing.
- The candidate will be responsible for engaging directly with vendor partners through in person and online meetings.
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Raw Material Sourcing strategy.
- The candidate will be responsible for building relationships to support collaboration with multiple functions, including Raw Materials Development, Finished Goods Sourcing, and Raw Materials Supply Planning.
- The candidate must act as a key point of contact for cross-functional partners regarding Raw Materials Sourcing.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of supply chain experience.
- The candidate must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft applications, including advanced-level Excel, Power Point, Power BI, and Smartsheet.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with a range of cross-functional partners.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
