Job Description

  • The candidate must work closely with store leadership to execute Community strategies focused on building community foundations and enhancing guest experiences.
  • The candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing key local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective members, studio owners, and lululemon Studio partner studios to increase guest acquisition and retention.
  • The candidate will be responsible for engaging with the local community to identify future Ambassador and partner opportunities while increasing the storeโ€™s role as a community hub.
  • The candidate will be responsible for connecting with guests on the floor, assessing their needs, providing technical product education, and incorporating omnichannel programs into a seamless guest experience.
  • The candidate will be responsible for attending, supporting, and hosting local and regional Community events.
  • The candidate will be responsible for executing the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
  • The candidate will be responsible for reviewing community-related business data and metrics to identify insights and provide recommendations to store leadership regarding events, projects, and initiatives.
  • The candidate will be responsible for contributing to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences among all team members.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • The candidate must have the ability to travel to assigned stores using reliable transportation methods.
  • The candidate must have at least 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building.
  • The candidate with a high school diploma, GED, equivalent qualification, or higher education will be considered an asset.
  • The candidate with experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners, and motivating team members to accomplish goals or activities will be considered an asset.
  • The candidate must create and support an inclusive environment that values and celebrates differences.
  • The candidate must demonstrate integrity by behaving in an honest, fair, and ethical manner.
  • The candidate must be able to build professional relationships with team members and guests while developing partnerships within the company and the community.

  • The candidate will be required to work a schedule that may vary based on store operational needs.
  • The candidate will be required to work shifts that include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • The candidate will be required to work flexible hours during peak periods, special events, or other circumstances, which may include early mornings, late nights, or overnight shifts.
  • The candidate will be required to work in various locations and environments, including moving throughout the store with bright lighting and loud music, as well as attending community locations.
  • The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with new people, strengthening community partnerships, and participating in fitness or movement-related events.
  • The candidate will be required to complete work as part of a team, independently when needed, and through the use of computers or other technical devices.
