Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are responsible for facilitating calibration sessions regarding the quality program identifying areas of service improvements and developing programs that improve the overall quality of the customer’s experience when interacting with the WC.
- They’re also responsible for providing feedback to operational teams on the results of the call evaluations, presenting objectives and suggestions for improvement and identifying potential risks and gaps.
- Candidates are also appointed to maintain the ability to work in a constructive, unbiased and collaborative manner by establishing positive working relationships and partnering with the WCC leadership, team members and other resources.
- They’re also appointed to require the ability to gain the confidence and trust of others by demonstrating professionalism and expertise in an ever-changing environment.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a minimum of 3 years in the last 5 years, of related experience in a customer service operation as an analyst or manager to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have completed a dedicated post-secondary education or related coursework including formal quality assurance training and dispute resolution training.
- They must have dedicated experience with coaching and development for performance improvement to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have dedicated experience in leading a team to be eligible for this post.
- A dedicated combination of experience, training, and education helps candidates to get preferred for this post.
