Job description
- Candidates have to assemble prototype motors, generators and other systems
- They will interpret mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
- They are responsible for setting up and operating prototype manufacturing equipment.
- They know all the critical quality points during the manufacturing process, identifying and treating non-conformities of the prototypes.
- They are responsible for providing hands-on training to assemblers on the various production workstations.
- They provide technical support to assemblers.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have DEC in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related training.
- They must have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- They must attain experience in reading blueprints.
- They must attain practical experience in mechanics and knowledge of common tools (e.g. torque wrench).
- Candidates must have resourcefulness and autonomy.

- Candidates must have organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- They must have team spirit and collaboration.
- Candidates must have the ability to work in a changing and growing environment.
- They must be frequent in French (spoken and written).
