Job DescriptionÂ
- Applicants working in this post are required to provide a superior and supportive learning experience to students enrolled in the Advanced Diploma in Culinary Innovation and Food Technology three-year program.
Job requirementÂ
- They must have completed prior post-secondary teaching and collaborative curriculum development experience to be eligible for this post.
- They must have completed ongoing studies or certifications within Education or Adult Education to be eligible for this post.
- They must have relevant professional certifications such as Canadian Certified HACCP Practitioner, and SQF Practitioner to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of progressive management and leadership experience in industrial contexts related to food product innovation, food safety and quality management systems to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must have prior networking skills with a variety of stakeholders within the field of expertise.
- Candidates must be able to maintain a collegial collaborative approach to team membership and leadership along with excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving solving and analytical skills to be preferred for this post.
- They must have ensured the prior evidence of commitment to student success or coaching others to high standards.
Work settingÂ
- Applicants must have a prior working knowledge of relevant digital applications to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates at this post must have a master’s degree in a relevant discipline like Food Science, and Quality Management to get preferred for this post.
