Job Description
- Candidates who apply for this post are required to create and maintain the paperwork required to operate festivals or events.
- Including plots, Input lists, cue lists, etc.
- They’re accountable at this post to Work with clients and artists to ensure production requirements are met working at this post.
- People accountable at this post to provide System troubleshooting and onsite repairs when required.
- They’re also appointed to lead production crews in setups, operations and changeovers working at this post.
- Candidates are required to follow best practices and ensure the safety of staff, venue and equipment at all times working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have experience with the setup and operation of production equipment and systems and must attain an understanding of signal flow and troubleshooting to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must have an understanding of the characteristics of different lighting, audio, or video protocols and how they function.
- They must attain the ability to produce high-quality work quickly under pressure to be eligible for this post.
- People must have dedicated working knowledge of standard computer and industry software such as MS Office, QLab, Capture, Workbench, etc.
- Candidates must attain the ability to lift supplies and equipment such as lighting fixtures, staging decks, trusses, motors, and other production equipment to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- People must have advanced operational knowledge in at least one typical Production System like Digico, MA, ETC, Tricaster, or similar.
- They must attain 1 to 3 years of experience operating consoles for festivals or events to be eligible for this post.
