Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for creating production artwork using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.
- The candidate will be required to collaborate with Packaging Design and Packaging Development teams across all stages of packaging creation, including concepting, prototyping, and bulk production.
- The candidate will be required to participate in regular team resource planning activities.
- The candidate must support manager and teammates in future project planning activities.
- The candidate should propose and implement process and/or technical improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration.
- The candidate will be required to support external partners, including creative agencies and production vendors, by defining specifications, capabilities, and file-building methods to ensure cost efficiency and scalability.
- The candidate must support internal partners by providing subject matter expertise for company initiatives, including consultation, planning, problem-solving, and future-state discussions.
- The candidate must champion a collaborative working model focused on delivering best-in-class packaging outcomes.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must have a minimum of 5 yearsโ experience in Production Design and/or Print Production.
- The candidate must have experience leading production work from project start to finish.
- The candidate must have experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- The candidate must have experience developing a range of print mediums, including packaging, print ads, labels, and signage.
- The candidate must have strong english verbal and written communication skills.
- The candidate must have expert-level technical expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop.
- The candidate must have experience coordinating with production vendors.
- The candidate must have experience creating physical mock-ups to support creative development, presentations, and finalization.
- The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
