Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for managing waving and workflow across all departments within the distribution center campus while providing direction throughout the shift.
  • The candidate will be responsible for monitoring the order queue for all workstreams in the distribution centers through the analysis of various reports.
  • The candidate will be responsible for investigating waving issues and fallout for all departments by reviewing reports, coordinating research with the respective teams, and ensuring timely resolution through follow-up.
  • The candidate will be responsible for updating wave rules according to business needs and ensuring their accuracy.
  • The candidate must work collaboratively with team members while maintaining a supportive and open approach.
  • The candidate must make informed decisions with minimal supervision while understanding their impact on operations and the business.
  • The candidate must establish strong working relationships with employees at all organizational levels through effective communication.
  • The candidate will be responsible for maintaining reports throughout the shift and communicating shift metrics.
  • The candidate must actively engage in training sessions, team-building activities, meetings, and personal development.
  • The candidate will be responsible for assisting management and internal and external partners with additional requests as required.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with Manhattan WMS will be considered an asset.
  • The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The candidate must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with the business in both written and verbal formats.
  • The candidate must work effectively with minimal direction and independently.
  • The candidate must possess strong computer skills and some experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • The candidate must have experience analyzing reports and building templates.
  • The candidate must be able to meet attendance requirements.
  • The candidate must maintain a safe work environment.
  • The candidate will be required to work a flexible and adaptable schedule, including nights, required holidays, some weekends, occasional after-hours work, and overtime.
  • The candidate must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, training, and instructions. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
