Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for completing and managing style BOM initiation.
- The candidate must maintain data integrity in Flex PLM and other relevant systems.
- The candidate will be responsible for organizing daily workflow aligned with GTM deliverables and development timelines.
- The candidate will be responsible for setting up and overseeing styles from concept through to production readiness.
- The candidate will be responsible for promoting a business-oriented perspective focused on big picture priorities.
- The candidate will be responsible for gaining support from peers and stakeholders through effective verbal and visual communication.
- The candidate must understand different perspectives and build commitment toward recommended actions.
- The candidate will be responsible for tracking and conducting risk assessments and identifying High Attention Styles (HAS) based on vendor, style, and material.
- The candidate will be responsible for presenting and advising on style development status during key product meetings.
- The candidate must collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products based on guest insights.
- The candidate must work with internal teams and external partners such as labs and vendors to solve innovation challenges.
- The candidate must coordinate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve challenges.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Candidates with specialized training in Technical Design, Product Management, or Product Development are preferred for this role.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
- Candidates with experience in Women’s casual categories and exposure to Product Development, Product Management, or Sourcing departments will be preferred.
- The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with Adobe Design Suite tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop.
- The candidate should have proficiency with Flex PLM or similar PLM software systems.
- The candidate must possess strong applied knowledge of the end-to-end product life cycle.
- Familiarity or proficiency with Gerber Pattern Making and/or 3D software such as CLO or Browzwear is considered an asset.
- The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
