Job Description
- As a preload supervisor, candidates are accountable for determining the best solutions for package concerns and conducting group meetings.
- Candidates will also have to facilitate training with new and current employees.
- Candidates will have to ensure coordinated evaluation with management.
- Also, they supervise the daily activities of package holders and other subordinates.
Job requirement
- Being physically strong is a must.
- Candidates must have proper problem-solving skills with the ability to perform multitasking.
- Candidates must attain strong oral and written communication skills.
- Candidates must attain proper knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Also, it can work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Work setting
- Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or international equivalent are preferred for this post.
- Candidates must attain proper management experience.
