Job description
- Candidates will perform a variety of sales/customer service activities.
- They will ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- They will operate a computerised point of sale system.
- They will maintain a high level of postal products, services and delivery knowledge.
- They will process financial transactions (cash, cheques, debit & credit card payments).
- They will receive, sort and sequence mail items.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have experience in customer service in a retail environment.
- They must have sales experience as an asset.
Work setting
- Candidates must be able to exercise physical effort in the handling of mail items weighing up to 22.7 kilograms (50 pounds).
