Job description

Candidates must have attain experience in using peripheral equipment and operating computer shipping systems in order to be considered.
They will have to Transferring and loading of a mail vehicle will be required.
Candidates need to be able to follow both written and spoken directions, as well as general understanding of federal postal norms and rate schedules.

Job requirement

Candidates need to be able to drive and shuttle corporate vehicles.
They must operate material handling equipment in along with accepting and receiving mail.
They should to be adaptable in their work and capable of working a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, midnight shifts, and weekends.

Work setting

Candidates must have an acceptable record of safe driving and hold the appropriate class of provincial driver’s license, when operating a corporate vehicle while employed by Canada Post.
The maximum weight of the mail packages they must lift is 22.7 kilos (50 pounds).
They are obligated to carry out supplementary postal clerk tasks as necessary.
