Before delivery, the candidate will be required to confirm orders from clients.
The candidate will deliver pizza, sides, and other menu items to our clients.
The candidate will be in charge of receiving and paying for products.
The candidate will be in charge of keeping track of trip details such as vehicle miles, fuel prices, and any issues.
The candidate will be responsible for pre-trip, en route, and post-trip vehicle inspections, as well as overseeing all aspects of the vehicle.
The candidate will be required to provide quality customer services and maintain high standard of professionalism.
The candidate will be expected to deliver orders to customers along predetermined routes.
The candidate will be expected to develop customer loyalty by delivering food in a timely and courteous manner.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that orders are delivered correctly and in good condition.

The candidate will be responsible for order confirmation and payment collection at the time of delivery.
Before leaving the kitchen, the candidate must count and verify all parcels.
The candidate will be expected to inspect containers to ensure they are fit for delivery to customers.
The candidate will be responsible for listening to customer complaints and reporting them to the appropriate manager.
The candidate will be expected to keep the truck clean and organised both inside and out, while adhering to sanitation and safety principles when handling food and equipment.
The candidate will be expected to follow up on delivery difficulties and assist in the resolution of customer concerns.
The candidate will be responsible for informing the Distribution Coordinator of missed deliveries (clients who are not at home) and changes in client status.
The candidate will be expected to keep proper inventory for specific deliveries.
The candidate will be expected to log transportation details, order paperwork, and payment transactions.
The candidate will be expected to verify all food product amounts and cross-check with customer order documents.
The candidate will be responsible for staying current with the restaurant’s promotions and notifying customers as needed.
The candidate should have valid driver’s licence.
