Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to develop, assess, motivate and retain team members. Promote Walmart’s brand to team members and customers.
- They’re also required to develop a functional and collaborative relationship with the Prof Services District Manager.
- Candidates are also appointed to develop a functional and collaborative relationship with the Store Management team and the Store Manager.
- They’re responsible for efficient Associates’ scheduling according to business needs, ongoing associate assessment and periodic performance reviews.
- Candidates working in this post are responsible for developing and executing business action plans to meet corporate goals and developing corrective action plans based on deficiencies identified in reports or by audits and DM visits.
- They’re also responsible for maintaining accurate inventories in the Pharmacy by following Walmart OBWs/SOPs addressing all customer complaints and resolving all customer problems to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to establish and develop a strong working relationship with Professional Services District Managers and other stakeholders.
- They’re required to accept prescriptions or refill requests from Customers, Doctors or Hospitals.
- Candidates are also appointed to ensure all prescriptions are filled accurately, efficiently, and safely using the established workflow models and counsel all patients on sold pharmaceutical products.
- They’re required to ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
- They must attain the ability to operate all equipment in the pharmacy, protect and maintain patient privacy at all times and follow provincial regulations established by the regulatory body.
- Candidates are required to ensure patients receive all eligible services they are entitled to meet specific patient needs.
Job requirement
- They must attain a pharmacist license to be eligible for this post.
