Job description
- Process payroll and attendance information for employees
- Input timesheets and attendance data into payroll systems
- Create and maintain human resources documents which include leave request forms and recruitment documentation.
- Time tracking employees for vacations, sick leave, and overtime work all are essential things.
- Compensations need auditing if mistakes are encountered.
- Create reports together with summaries and statistical data.
- Respond to payroll and HR inquiries from employees and divisions
- Maintain payroll and personnel records for audit purposes
- Perform audits and verify payroll entries for accuracy
- Liaise with internal teams and outside agencies when required
Job requirements
- Post-secondary education in payroll, accounting, human resources, public administration or related fields, or an equivalent mix of education and payroll related background
- Strong background in payroll administration and attendance or time entry functions
- Background working with collective agreements, payroll policies and HR procedures
- Knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors and ESS and MSS systems
- Can work with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word,
- Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to work accurately in a high volume environment
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- The Payroll Accounting Program certificate or enrollment is an asset
