Job Description

  • The candidate must advise on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts.
  • The candidate will be expected to respond to customer complaints or concerns.
  • The candidate must store items in a warehouse, tool room, or supply area.
  • The candidate will be expected to sell spare and replacement parts.
  • The candidate will be required to keep records on the inventory control system.
  • The candidate will be expected to issue and distribute internal parts and supplies.
  • The candidate will be expected to receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials.
  • The candidate will be required to identify, label, and catalogue items received.
  • The candidate will be required to ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment.
  • The candidate will be required to handle cash transactions.
  • The candidate will be expected to answer the phone and relay calls and messages.
  • The candidate will be required to set up retail parts and accessories displays.
