Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment.
- The candidate will be responsible for cleaning, lubricating equipment, and refilling equipment tanks.
- The candidate will be responsible for operating computer-controlled equipment.
- The candidate will be responsible for conducting pre-operational checks on equipment.
- The candidate must secure special attachments to the equipment.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
Work site environment
- The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
Work setting
- The candidate will be required to work in various locations.
Experience and specialization
Type of heavy equipment operated
- Heavy equipment operated include backhoe excavators, loaders, bulldozers (large and small), and graders.
Area of work experience
- The candidate must have experience in backfilling, ditching, excavation, fine grading and finishing, land clearing, rough grading, slope grooming, sub-grade excavating, and trenching.
Type of industry experience
- The candidate must possess prior experience in the road construction industry and industrial/commercial/institutional (ICI) construction industry.
