- Work may include morning, afternoon, evening or overnight work periods based on store needs.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the training and development of OMNI team members.
- Review future grocery orders and daily pickup reports.
- Confirm daily orders and identify payment exceptions.
- Review workload requirements and assign tasks to team members.
- Prepare handheld devices, printers and back office resources for daily operations.
- Complete order picking activities when required.
- Maintain service stations, tote cleaning routines and ecommerce cleanliness standards.
- Keep the back office prepared for the following business day.
- Check email communications and AMP+ action items regularly.
- Help customers with product information and decisions about what to buy.
- Offer friendly customer service and set a positive example for the team.
Requirements
- Can guide team members and support daily tasks
- Strong customer service and interaction skills are important for the role.
- Can review reports, assess workloads and manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
- Comfort working with handheld devices, printers and store systems is required.
