Job Description

  • The candidate must greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • The candidate must obtain and process the information required to provide customer service.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ordering office supplies.
  • The candidate must record and relay information.

  • The candidate must send invoices.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of Spanish is considered an asset.
  • The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
  • The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The candidate should be organized and flexible.
  • The candidate should be reliable.

  • The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.

  • The candidate must be knowledgeable about MS Office, Social Media, Accounting software, Database software, Presentation software, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows.
