Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures and processes.
- The candidate must review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are practical and efficient.
- The candidate must delegate work to the office support staff.
- The candidate must establish work priorities, ensure adherence to procedures, and meet deadlines.
- The candidate will be responsible for carrying out the administrative activities of the establishment.
- The candidate will be responsible for administering policies and procedures relating to record release when processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
- The candidate must assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- The candidate must assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, as well as manuals and correspondence.
- The candidate must perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- The candidate will be responsible for training staff.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating office administrative procedures.
- The candidate must be capable of resolving conflict situations.

Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
