Job Description

The candidate must assess clients’ needs or eligibility for specific services.
The candidate will be responsible for the housekeeping activities.
The candidate will be responsible for food preparation.
The candidate must be able to resolve conflict situations.
The candidate will be responsible for implementing behavior management programs.
The candidate must communicate with other social service agencies and health care providers who are involved with clients.
The candidate must accompany clients to appointments and social outings.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in English language.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
The candidate must be able to supervise 1 to 2 people.
The candidate must complete Mandt System training and have Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate, Medication Administration Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate.
The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
The candidate should be accurate.
The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
The candidate must be interpersonally aware.
The candidate should have good judgemental skills.
The candidate should give importance to values and ethics.
The candidate should be client focused.
