Job Description

  • A management position that will be in charge of financial reporting and budgeting for the entire project portfolio.
  • A full-time job of about 37.5 hours a week.
  • Control the portfolio budget, perform expenditure reviews and prepare monthly financial statements.
  • Tasked with forecasting, evaluating project performance, and supporting the compilation of the dashboard report.
  • Watches over allocation of resources and monitors project progress.
  • Part of a collaborative and growth-oriented team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring Project expenses, budget & accuracy of Project Status.
  • Analyze Forecasts, Variance & Resource Allocation.
  • Facilitate Quarterly Forecasts (IRB) Meeting & Planning.
  • Assist in Financial Audit and Adhere to PMO Standards.
  • Construct Financial Dashboard (Monthly) & Portfolio Metrics.

Requirements

  • Degree in a Technical (Computer Science or Related) Area.
  • Approximately Five Years (5) Experience on Complex, Multiple Stakeholder Projects.
  • Strong Technical Leadership for Large Enterprise Software within Financial Services.
  • Technical Lead/Technical Architect for Critical Systems.
  • Hands-on Design, Development, and Implementation Utilizing Packaged Software.
  • Understanding of Agile and Other Delivery Approaches.
  • An Additional Advantage: Experience with Royal Bank of Canada Caribbean Core Banking and Payments
