Job requirement 

  • They must attain a minimum of 10 years of business experience in an environmental or utility-related field including the oversight of environmental, capital project, or operational work to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must attain at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity to be eligible for this post. 
  • They must have dedicated sound knowledge of project and program principles including budget and schedules, consultant oversight, and tracking of workflow and deliverables to be eligible for this post. 
  • Candidates for this post must attain a dedicated bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Planning, Forestry or a field relevant to the utility sector to be eligible for this post. 
  • Candidates for this post must attain strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage and meet tight deadlines to be eligible for this post. 
  • They must have dedicated experience working and managing in a unionized environment to be eligible for this post. 
  • Candidates must attain dedicated experience in supporting infrastructure design, construction and operations. 
  • They must acquire experience specifically in the electricity industry to be preferred for this post. 
  • Candidates must have dedicated experience in collaborating with Indigenous communities to be eligible for this post.
