Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are required to evaluate incoming work notifications and, when warranted, generate, and prioritize a work order to cover the work.
- They’re also appointed to assist with the implementation of capital projects and ensure that all scheduled work orders are completed in the allocated time.
- They’re also appointed at this post to review completed work orders for correctness and completeness working at this post.
- Candidates at this post are required to provide guidance to the scheduler when approving, prioritizing and estimating work, and technical assistance when developing job plans working at this post.
- They’re appointed at this post to participate in various production meetings, KPI review meetings, and pre- and post-maintenance schedule review meetings.
- Applicants at this post are required to assist with the identification of root causes following equipment failures and development of new maintenance tasks to eliminate them in the future.
Job requirement
- They must have passion for a manufacturing environment along with 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a unionized environment to be eligible for this post.
- They must have to ensure familiarity with the concept of world class maintenance and best practices to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates at this post must ensure the awareness of Six Sigma, RCM and autonomous maintenance principles to get preferred for this post.
- They must have to complete college graduation in an electro-mechanical program or a licensed tradesperson with related experience to be eligible for this post.
