Job Description

  • The candidate will be required to operate cash register
  • The candidate will be required to operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems
  • The candidate will be required to provide advice about merchandise
  • The candidate will be required to greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease
  • The candidate must prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease.
  • The candidate will be expected to help with merchandise display.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts as well as accept payment by cash, check, credit card, or automatic debit.
  • The candidate will be required to keep sales records for inventory control.
  • The candidate will be expected to provide information about lotteries to interested clients and ensure that they understand the terms and conditions of participating in them.
  • The candidate will be expected to complete all closing procedures, including daily balancing and banking transactions.
  • The candidate will be expected to keep the kiosk neat, clean, organised, and well-stocked.
  • The candidate will be expected to strive to meet and exceed personal sales and productivity targets.
  • The candidate will be expected to respond to customer inquiries about specific products or services.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the physical security of lottery tickets and terminal equipment.
  • The candidate must manage the inventory levels of all lottery supplies and tickets.

  • The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Previous experience is not mandatory.
  • The candidate should be able to handle weight up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
