Job description
- The candidate will be required to hire staff.
- The candidate will be required to train staff.
- The candidate will be required to arrange for training of staff.
- The candidate will be required to establish work schedules.
- The candidate will be required to prepare reports on sales volumes.
- The candidate will be required to prepare reports on merchandising.
- The candidate will be required to prepare reports on personnel matters.
- The candidate will be required to authorize payments by cheque.
- The candidate will be required to assign sales workers to duties.
- The candidate will be required to resolve problems that arise.
- The candidate will be required to resolve customer complaints.
- The candidate will be required to resolve supply shortages.
- The candidate will be required to supervise activities of workers.
- The candidate will be required to co-ordinate activities of workers.
- The candidate will be required to organize the inventory.
- The candidate will be required to maintain inventory.
Requirements
- The candidate should have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- The candidate should have equivalent experience in the concerned field.
- The candidate should have an experience of at least one year to less than two years.
- The candidate should have a thorough criminal record check done.
- The candidate should be dependable.
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- The candidate should be able to handle large workload.
