Job Description
- Candidates at this post are appointed to identify and adjust solutions according to unique customer needs to achieve satisfaction, loyalty and build sustainable relationships.
- They’re also appointed to identify opportunities for partner solutions through customer discussion & discovery.
- Candidates at this post will also have to attend or complete all sessions generated from marketing campaign efforts.
- Candidates are also appointed to support product demonstration or pilot requests from the PAM team when required.
Job requirement
- They must attains 1-3 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related positions working directly with business customers.
- Candidates must attain Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree or equivalent experience required to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain dedicated experience with reporting or business analysis to be eligible for this post.
- They must be able to work well under pressure and respond to fast changing priorities and deadlines.
