Grade Diggers Inc. based in Airdrie, AB is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Labourer, grounds maintenance who are self-motivated and have good interpersonal skills.   • The candidate will be required to apply weed controls and fertilisers, mows, weed eats, edges, prunes, and disposes of refuse on all district grounds, among other things, in order to keep the grounds healthy, attractive, and safe.
  • The candidate will be required to provide general grounds-keeping and maintenance services.
  • The candidate must be highly skilled in the use of a weed trimmer/edger, a sprayer or duster, a sod cutter, small engine equipment, a chain saw, a backhoe, a front end loader, and a tractor mower.
  • The candidate would be responsible for monitoring safety equipment and systems.
  • The candidate should be willing to work in an outdoor environment for long hours, including tolerance for pests and thorns.
