Job Description

  • The candidate would be responsible for washing, peeling and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • The candidate will be required to sharpen kitchen knives.
  • The candidate would be responsible for removing kitchen garbage and trash regularly.
  • The candidate will be required to handle and store cleaning products.
  • The candidate will be required to clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
  • The candidate would be responsible for receiving, unpacking and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
  • The candidate would be responsible for sweeping, mopping, washing and polishing floors.
  • The candidate would be responsible for preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
  • The candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations.
  • The candidate will be expected to clean the kitchen and work areas.
  • The candidate will be required to make sure that the kitchen equipment are well cleaned after use.
  • The candidate will be required to pick up and return empty carts and utensils to the kitchen.
  • The candidate would be responsible for following all food safety and hygiene standards.
  • The candidate would be in charge of ensuring that the kitchen is kept clean.
