Job Description
- IT Operations Analyst III providing first-level technical operations support and IT colleague support in Montreal.
- The position is full-time, onsite with 37.5 hours per week and participation in a cooperative team environment.
- Dealing with hardware, software, and application problems to help TD employees with their technical issues.
- Supports the delivery of services, identification of issue trends, and escalation of technical issues with wide impact.
- Works in a group of support professionals who are committed to providing high-quality support and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing technical support in person to TD personnel and contractors regarding both software and hardware problems.
- Make sure that the service provided is of the highest quality by solving incidents and putting customers’ satisfaction first.
- One of the tasks is to inform the end users about the technology processes and the access procedures.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and assist in the repairing of devices and systems.
- Spotting trends and making suggestions for improvements; also, I have the power to escalate issues that have a wide impact.
- Support the availability of applications/systems through monitoring and carrying out simple operational tasks.
- Collaborate with my colleagues in a team-oriented, onsite setting.
Requirements
- Communication skills are already excellent in both writing and speech.
- In order to fit the changing business requirements, is flexible enough to adjust his/her work schedule.
- Technical savvy has been paired with good customer support skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products like Outlook Word Excel etc. is a must.
- CompTIA A+ certification along with related schooling would be a plus.
