Job Description
- The candidate will be required to build proactive interactions with clients across the branch and community, uncover their banking needs, provide help and advice, and explore sales and referral opportunities.
- The candidate will be responsible for delivering client education and demonstrations through the effective use of technology to improve experience, drive sales, and retain clients.
- The candidate will be responsible for responding to client inquiries and assisting with all types of financial transactions.
- The candidate will be responsible for listening attentively and interacting with clients to gain a clear understanding of their individual requirements.
- The candidate will be required to take initiative in resolving client banking concerns and preventing future issues.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships to enhance business opportunities and referrals.
