Job description
- They are responsible for administering courses and programs as well as examinations to participants.
- All candidates will be responsible for evaluating current training practices and recommending new training materials and/or procedures.
- Candidates have to provide guidance and support to management and employees on matters pertaining to rules interpretation and application.
- They must have to ensure confidentiality of all classes and employee results.
Job requirement
- They must have high school or equivalent with post-secondary education preferred.
- They must have been qualified as a locomotive engineer.
- Candidates must hold a minimum of five years in Field Operations with an excellent safety record.
- All candidates must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is an asset.
Work setting
- All candidates must assist in the review of training material.
- Candidates must be able to travel to provide training at other terminals.
- They are also requested to administer courses and programs as well as examinations to participants.
