Job description
- All candidates have to prepare food according to daily forecasting needs.
- They also have to ensure quality, freshness and great service is always top of mind.
- They also will be responsible for ensuring our food products are always displayed in an attractive manner.
- Candidates also have to focus on daily and weekly sales targets and top-selling products.
- They are also responsible for cleaning, tidy, organising, and visually inviting workspace.
- They have to keep informed about our sourcing practices, ingredients, specials and standards…our customers are curious about these things and will ask!
- They also have to actively participate in all IKEA safety standards, policies, and food waste programs.
- They always have to be able to assist other co-workers with their tasks as required.
Job requirement
- All candidates must have at least 6 months of customer service experience in a similar.
- They also must be able to work more than 20 hours a week.
- They must have computer literate, specifically MS Office knowledge.
Work setting
- Candidates have previous service environment experience, ideally sales or hospitality.
- Their experience of working in a fast-paced environment would be an asset.
