Job description
- They will play a key role in providing safe, quality patient and family centered care while reflecting the shared vision and values of AHS.
- Candidates will work closely with patients, families, and caregivers spanning the continuum of care in home, community or health care facilities.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have experience working with Seniors.
- Candidates must attest to this compliance and provide proof of qualification.
Work setting
- Candidates must have a Driver’s License.
- Candidates must have Current Basic Cardiac Life Support – Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP).
- They must have Foot Care experience Supportive Pathways Training.
