Job description

  • The candidate will be required to clean wigs.
  • The candidate will be required to style wigs.
  • The candidate will be required to clean hair pieces.
  • The candidate will be required to style hair pieces.
  • The candidate will be required to suggest hair style compatible with client’s physical features.
  • The candidate will be required to determine style from client’s instructions and preferences;
  • The candidate will be required to cut hair.
  • The candidate will be required to trim hair.
  • The candidate will be required to taper hair.
  • The candidate will be required to curl hair.
  • The candidate will be required to wave hair.
  • The candidate will be required to perm hair.
  • The candidate will be required to style hair.
  • The candidate will be required to analyze hair condition.
  • The candidate will be required to analyze scalp condition,
  • The candidate will be required to provide basic treatment or advice on beauty care treatments for scalp.

  • The candidate will be required to shampoo customers’ hair.
  • The candidate will be required to book appointments.
  • The Work Setting is a Barbershop or hairstyling salon or studio.

Requirements

  • The candidate should have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • The candidate should have experience in the concerned field.
  • The candidate should have an experience of at least 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • The candidate should have an experience in Hair Coloring Techniques.
  • The candidate should have an experience in Streaking.
  • The candidate should be able to handle repetitive tasks.
  • The candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and hence should be comfortable with it.
  • The candidate should show flexibility.
  • The candidate should be focused on the client.
  • The candidate should be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • The candidate should be reliable.
  • The candidate should have clarity of judgement.
  • The candidate should be able to pay attention to detail.
  • The candidate should have good hand-eye co-ordination.
  • The candidate should have an experience in highlights.
  • The candidate should have an experience in Bleach.
  • The candidate should have an experience in handling Dyes.
  • The candidate should have an experience in Frosting.
  • The candidate should have an experience in handling tints.
  • The candidate should know English.
