Job Description

  • The candidate would be responsible for addressing customer complaints or concerns in timely fashion
  • The candidate will be expected to prepare and implement marketing plans.
  • The candidate will be expected to prepare budgets and track revenues and expenses.
  • The candidate will be required to negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
  • The candidate will be required to negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
  • The candidate will be expected to carry out marketing activities.
  • The candidate would be in charge of establishing work schedules for employees and keep track of their performance.
  • The candidate will be required to enforce policies and procedures
  • The candidate will be expected to develop and implement daily operations policies and procedures.
  • The candidate will be in charge of assisting clients or guests with special needs.
  • The candidate will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff.
  • The candidate would be responsible for conducting performance reviews
  • The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing the facility’s financial performance.
  • The candidate would be expected to ensure that the service and care offered are of national minimum quality.
  • The candidate will have to communicate with a variety of medical professionals.
  • The candidate will be expected to promote residents’ rights and duties.
  • The candidate will be expected to provide residents, their families, and caregivers with information, advice, and support.
  • The candidate will be expected to provide residents with opportunities to contribute to the local community and access local services.
  • The candidate must plan activities for residents and actively promote their independence.
  • The candidate will be expected to keep all financial, personnel, and resident data confidential.
  • The candidate must be familiar with and practise the facility’s fire and safety programmes.
  • The candidate must cultivate positive community relationships with health care agencies, service providers, businesses, and other community partners in order to promote the home as a member of the local health care community.
  • The candidate will be expected to create long-term plans for the facility in collaboration with the needs of the residents, the needs of the staff, the area in which the facility is located, and health care planning agencies.
  • The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and updating policies and procedures for all departments of the facility in order to provide a high level of care for residents and an effective and satisfying working environment for employees.
  • The candidate will be expected to provide leadership and motivation to the staff in order to achieve the facility’s goals.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that any regulatory activity, such as personal care and medication administration, is carried out in accordance with regulations.
