Job Description

The candidate will be required to take customers’ orders.
The candidate will be required to stock serving stations, cupboards, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils and also required to store salad bars in refrigerator.
The candidate will be required to serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
The candidate would be in charge of wrapping and portioning foods.
The candidate would be in charge of packaging take-out food.
The candidate must prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
The candidate would be responsible for keeping records of the quantities of food used.
The candidate will be required to use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs.
The candidate would be responsible for monitoring the quantity of food that is prepared and the portions that are served.
The candidate must ensure that the food is served in the proper portion, arrangement, and garnish.
The candidate will be responsible for keeping the dining room tables cleaned and organized throughout service.
The candidate would be responsible for arranging tables and chairs to make room for large groups.
The candidate must ensure that there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours.
The candidate must follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.

The candidate should be fluent in English language.
There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
Candidate having experience is an asset.
