Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for cutting and weighing fish fillets according to the specified requirements.
- The candidate must inspect fish fillets and determine the optimal number and size for use.
- The candidate must scrape away scales, cut the fish, separate the fillets, and remove scraps with a knife.
- The candidate will be responsible for inspecting products and packaging for defects, ensuring conformance to company standards, and performing corrective adjustments to machines as needed.
- The candidate will be responsible for recording the production information.
- The candidate must set up and operate machines to can, bag, box, or otherwise package fish and seafood products.
- The candidate must set up and operate machines to clean, cut, cook, smoke, brine, dehydrate or otherwise process fish or seafood products.

- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
