Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for cutting and weighing fish fillets according to the specified requirements.
The candidate must inspect fish fillets and determine the optimal number and size for use.
The candidate must scrape away scales, cut the fish, separate the fillets, and remove scraps with a knife.
The candidate will be responsible for inspecting products and packaging for defects, ensuring conformance to company standards, and performing corrective adjustments to machines as needed.
The candidate will be responsible for recording the production information.
The candidate must set up and operate machines to can, bag, box, or otherwise package fish and seafood products.
The candidate must set up and operate machines to clean, cut, cook, smoke, brine, dehydrate or otherwise process fish or seafood products.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
