Job Description

  • Provides service in both languages, either Cantonese or Mandarin, as part of the Financial Planning team.
  • Assist in meeting preparation, client follow up, and planning support.
  • Assists with the provision of banking, credit and investment services, helping to improve the digital client experience.
  • Collaborates with planners and partners to increase the client relationship and the growth of their portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting Financial Planners with pre- and post-meeting tasks for clients.
  • Assistance in identifying clients’ needs and providing referrals.
  • Promoting the use of Advice Services and Digital Tools and Services.
  • Following the policies and Procedures of our organization to identify and mitigate Operational Risk.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin and the Mutual Funds accreditation are required.
  • Through the client’s careful and professional support, the customer receives comprehensive banking, investment, and credit products advice.
  • The consultant sets up a strong client contact routine that contributes to the overall planning process and thus leads to better client retention.
  • The employee showcases flexibility, morals, openness to training, and a strong inclination to win.
  • One can either be an individual contributor or a team player to deliver the whole package of service offerings to the clients.
  • Experience in client relationship management and giving financial guidance would be a plus.
